PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Stony Point will conduct a Town Board Meeting on March 23, 2021 commencing at 7:00 PM to consider any and all matters that may be brought before the Town Board.  There is no physical meeting location in order to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the Town residents, but for the purposes of compliance with the applicable law, the Meeting will be conducted via video/tele-conferencing and the Board Members as well as members of the public may participate in the Meeting by videoconferencing, access to which is shared by the weblink provided below, or by telephone, access to which is shared by the telephone number.  The weblink is also available on the Town’s website as a hyperlink for easier access:

The Meeting is being held in accordance with the New York State Public Officers Law and Executive Order 202.1 (“EO 202.1”) issued on March 12, 2020 and subsequent Executive Orders extending such provisions issued by New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo, which suspended Article 7 of the Public Officers Law, to the extent necessary to permit any public body to meet and take such actions authorized by the law without permitting in public in-person access to meetings and authorizing such meetings to be held remotely by conference call or similar service, provided that the public has the ability to view or listen to such proceeding and pursuant to Executive Order 202.15 that authorized public hearings to be held by videoconferencing or similar services.

Accordingly, NO IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE IS PERMITTED FOR THE MEETING. Public comment will be permitted.
