NOTICE OF WORKSHOP MEETING
TOWN OF STONY POINT PLANNING BOARD

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Stony Point, New York, will hold a Workshop Meeting on May 11, 2021, commencing at 6:00 P.M. to review and consider the site plan application for the Eagle Bay Mixed Use, Site Plan-Conditional Use application.  The lands affected by this application are located on the north end of Hudson Drive 600 north of Tomkins Avenue in the Town of Stony Point and shown generally on the tax map as Section 15.04, Block 6, Lots 3, 4 & 6. The Workshop Meeting shall be conducted via video/tele-conference and so there will be no physical meeting location in order to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the general public and Town residents.

The Meeting is being held in accordance with the New York State Public Officers Law and Executive Order 202.1 (“EO 202.1”) issued on March 12, 2020 and Executive Order 202.15 issued on April 9, 2020, as amended and extended, by New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo, which suspended Article 7 of the Public Officers Law, to the extent necessary to permit any public body to meet and take such actions authorized by the law without permitting in public in-person access to meetings and authorizing such meetings and public hearings to be held remotely by conference call, video conference or similar service. For any person unable to participate at the time of the meeting, email comments may be submitted in advance to MPagano@townofstonypoint.org

Accordingly, NO IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE IS PERMITTED FOR THE MEETING. The Public shall be permitted to attend this meeting remotely.
